What is HackPOD?


HackPOD is a fast and powerful Arduino compatible development platform in a portable smartphone form factor. It is based on 32 bit ARM Cortex-M4 running at a clock speed of 72 MHz and features an integrated touchscreen LCD, in-built protoboard and SMT space, expandable memory , and a rechargeable battery.

  • HackPOD has a memory card slot which supports SD, SDHC and SDIO cards. Your code will never run out of storage space again!!
     

    • Have you always envisioned completely wireless projects running without any external power source? We have included a 1800 mAh 3.7V rechargeable Li-Po battery just for that.

    • Build your prototypes and connect breakout modules and Arduino shields on the HackPOD protoboard itself.
    •  Plug and play support for SMT breakout modules such as RFM22B/23B.
    •  Hop an antenna on our on-board uFL mount for greater communication range .
    • HackPOD provides an on-board DAC pin. Use it as a signal generator, an oscilloscope or in many other ways.


    PLUG AND PLAY SUPPORT FOR ARDUINO BREAKOUT MODULES 

    • Adafruit. Sparkfun. Seeedstudio. Rhydolabs. Anything you name. Unless HackPOD runs out of "linear" pins it is 100% compatible. Just Plug 'n play.  Yes!! It's that simple.
    • You don't need any external breadboard!
    • Only development board that supports Electric Imp and nRF24L01 out-of-the-box!
